this recipe is very easy and you can make this recipe in a short time (like 30-40 minutes).

So, let’s start now the recipes step:
I think you should read, every recipe step before to see the video for a more clear concept.
Collect, prepare and chopped/cut, all the ingredient require-size. which I’ve mentioned.
Take a pan on the running medium heat stove. pour here 1 tsp sesame oil. ( you can use here, other or normal soybean oil. there isn’t any problem. But, pure mustard oil flavor is awesome.)
Add here, garlic, ginger, onion, opinion leaf. And a big-size chicken breast piece. ( ingredient amount I’ve mentioned before, see here.)
Pour soya sauce and rice vinegar, on the chicken. ( you can use here normal vinegar)
and add now, salt, black pepper, 2 cup water, and chicken stock. or see this video how to make chicken stock. mix everything very well.
( you can use here full water instead of chicken stock, then need use here, 2 cubes store-bought chicken stock cube.)
Now boil all mixed ingredient for almost 30 minutes. ( remind, always to cook on the medium heat)
After 30 minutes later take up chicken and keep it in a pot. ( Don’t extra boil the chicken )
Now add here egg noodle. You can add here other noodle but, egg noodle is best for making ramen noodle soup. cause, it’s taste is awesome.

whatever, after add noodle, boil again 5 minutes. ( be careful, don’t boil extra)
5 minutes later stop cooking, and keep in a side.
Now your recipe almost is done.
Let’s go, serving part.
Traditionally serve boiled egg with ramen noodle soup. So we need to boil 2 eggs.
Here have a trick, boil eggs 8 minutes in boiled water. 8 minutes later keep it in cool water for some time. and take up the egg from the eggshell.
There isn’t need more than 8 minutes. Cause, there needs the half-boiled egg.
Now slice the chicken, thin piece, it’s will show like bread.
Take a bowl. First, put here noodle, and pour fried chicken stock. you can filter it for discarding ginger, garlic, etc. But, I do not filter it, cause, it tastes very good, near me. (as your like)
Split the half-boiled eggs, two-piece. and put it on the noodle. You can use here full boiled egg. if you don’t like a half-boiled egg. but traditionally used here half-boiled egg.
put here on the noodle, julienne cut carrot, chopped Coriander leaf, onion leaf, 2 piece split lemon, and slice chicken.
Finally, spray on the chicken, black paper powder and salt. and spray everywhere on the noodle, some white mustard seeds.
now your noodle is ready for eating. enjoy it on your home.
