  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots.
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage.
  • 1/2 cup chopped Cowpea.
  • 1/2 cups of chopped Onion bud.
  • 1/2 cup of broad bean.
  • 1/2 cups of capsicum (green, yellow, red)
  • 1 cup of onion (cutting it small piece).

You can Choose other vegetables which as you like. This doesn’t matter.
Because, You will not find every season, every place all Vegetables.


  • 2 cups chicken meat (Cut it very small piece).
  • 1.5 to 2 cups of polao rice.
  • 1/3 cup butter/ghee.
  • 2 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste.
  • 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice.
  • 3-4 tablespoon soy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon green-chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chicken stock powder.
  • 8-10 green-chili peppers.
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil (rice cooking time)
  • Quantity water to cooking rice.
  • salt as like need.

Steps by steps

Step: 1 Preparing Meat [ps2id id=’step1′ target=”/]

Firstly we need preparing everything for cooking.
Example: chopping, blending, powdering, etc.
Now, mixing soy sauce and lemon juice with meat.
when you will mix lemon juice and soy sauce with meat. The bad scent will be removed from the meat and it will be more taste.

After mixing very well, keep it in the Fridge for 30 minutes. You can keep it more than 30 minutes for more taste.
In this time we do other work.

Step: 2 Cook Rice. [ps2id id=’step2′ target=”/]

Now, we need cooking rice.

Pour amount need water, and boiling some time.
After sometime later, mix:

  • -Some lemon juice,
  • -salt as need,
  • -1 tablespoon oil, with water.

After some time later, Pour all Rice in the boiling water.
Boiling it almost 6-7 minute. Never boiling it more than 10 minutes. Because we need neat rice.
If you if will, you can cook rice one day ago. and it’s better.

Take a pan for frying egg.

  • -butter,
  • -3 piece egg,
  • -1.5 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • – salt as needs,

and fry it in medium Temperature.

Now, we need to fry meat.

  • -1 teaspoon butter.
  • -1 teaspoon ginger & garlic past.
  • -1 teaspoon black pepper powder.

Fry meat in oven high temperature. Need fry until finish meat water.

when finish water, pour here prawn and fry again with Meat. Almost five minutes.

Step: 5 Vegetable Frying. [ps2id id=’step5′ target=”/]

Fry some time onion and green chili with butter.
after some time frying, pour one teaspoon soy sauce here.
And after 2 minutes, pour here one by one vegetable.
and fry it almost 7-8 minute.
then mix here capsicum and onion. Shake up it for 2-3 minutes.

Fry some time

  • -onion,
  • -green chili,
  • -garlic and ginger paste,

with butter.

now, mix rice and shake up 1 minute, then mix

  • -egg fry,
  • -vegetable fry,
  • -meat fry,
  • -chicken stock powder,
  • -some lemon juice,
  • -Tomato sauce,
  • – green chili sauce.

and shake up some time in oven low temperature.
